HIGHLANDERS have struck partnership with Corporate 24 Medical Aid for 2026 under which the club’s first team players, technical team as well as the administrative staff will access comprehensive medical aid cover.

Worth US$676 000, the medical partnership will see each beneficiary receive a medical package valued at US$13 000, covering diagnostics, specialist treatment, rehabilitation services and a broad range of essential healthcare needs.

“This partnership ensures that the Highlanders club has immediate access to professional medical attention, timely diagnostics, and specialised treatment guaranteeing elite recovery and overall well-being throughout the competitive season.

“This collaboration underscores Highlanders FC’s unwavering commitment to prioritising player health and maintaining international standards of care within the team environment. High-quality medical intervention is a critical component in ensuring players remain fit, competitive, and capable of performing at their peak,” reads part of a statement availed by Bosso.

The medical package comes barely a week after the Bulawayo giants received the final US$500 000 tranche of the US$1 million sponsorship package unveiled last year by Highlanders benefactor Wicknell Chivayo.

In addition to the US$500 000, Chivayo gifted Toyota Fortuner vehicles to Highlanders chairman Luke Mnkandla, chief executive officer Denzil Mnkandla and club legend Madinda Ndlovu and a 2026 Ford Everest to head coach Benjani Mwaruwari.

Meanwhile, Highlanders left yesterday for Botswana where they will hold their pre-season training camp.
